Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TuIA ("Service", "App"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service.

TuIA is provided by TuIA Inc. / TuIA Colombia SAS. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TuIA.

2. The Service

TuIA is a personal artificial intelligence application that integrates 16 functional modules including AI chat, calendar management, email, health, notes and travel. The Service is available on Android and coming soon on iOS.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.

3. Account and Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use TuIA
Access is provided through Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended

4. Plans and Subscriptions

Unused tokens do not roll over to the following month. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry.

Prices are expressed in USD and may vary based on local currency and applicable taxes.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Stripe Terms of Service.

The free trial period (7 days) does not require a credit card
You can cancel at any time — access remains active until the end of the paid period
Refunds are assessed case by case within 14 days of the charge

6. Acceptable Use

By using TuIA you agree not to:

Generate illegal, offensive, discriminatory or violent content
Attempt to bypass token limits or security systems
Use the Service for spam, phishing or fraudulent activities
Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Service to train competing AI models
Automate use of the Service in a way that circumvents usage limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of the account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

TuIA: The Service, code, design, logo and all original content are the property of TuIA Inc. and protected by copyright. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Your content: You retain all rights to the content you create through TuIA. We claim no rights over your conversations, notes or personal data.

License of use: TuIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TuIA is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated results. AI responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuIA is not liable for:

Data loss or service interruptions
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Decisions made based on AI suggestions
AI-generated content that turns out to be inaccurate or inadequate

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Termination and Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from the app or by contacting hello@tu-ia.com.

TuIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in the event of a violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon cancellation, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For European users, the relevant EU regulations additionally apply (GDPR, Consumer Directive).

Any disputes will be resolved preferentially through mediation. Failing an agreement, the competent jurisdiction is that of Bogotá, Colombia.
